The 1,200 sf. space is PET FRIENDLY and has a back deck, front patio, full bath, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen& king bed, 1 reserved parking space, & kitchenette(no stove). 11.5% tax added at booking.

Walkable to everywhere in town! If you want to venture out further, a bike rental shop is just a few doors away! Enjoy a bike ride through town or to Dewey Beach. If you are looking for a scenic ride, enjoy the bike trails to Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes.

Comfortable In-Town Rehoboth Beach Home. Walk to all that Rehoboth has to offer! Just one block to Rehoboth Avenue and five blocks to the beach. Host a small party on the large screened porch, grill your dinner, or play in the large back yard. This home has driveway parking for two cars. An additional Rental Agreement is required to rent this home. It is delivered by email following booking, signed and returned to host by email. The agreement may be reviewed before booking, by request.

It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a nice neighborhood, off Rt 1. 1.5 miles from the beach! The community has 3 swimming pools and tennis courts. Master has a king-sized bed, the second room has 2 twins. Sofa in living room is a pull out. Two bikes with helmets and locks also come with the rental, as well as 2 tennis rackets. Towels (including beach towels) and linens provided, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNDER THE SHEETS AND TOWELS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
