Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa—it’s a little slice of paradise! Everything was perfect, making it our best Airbnb experience ever. Nikoleta and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. We arrived on Easter Sunday and were greeted with such thoughtful touches: homemade Easter cakes and sweets, chocolate eggs for the kids, fresh figs, fruit, and more. It was such a warm and generous welcome. We enjoyed every part of our stay—from the heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi to the relaxing sauna. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the house is tastefully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. We could go on and on! Thank you so much, Nikoleta and family, for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay truly unforgettable!

Amazing luxury villa , very quiet and with nice location , 20min driving to Kotor and 15 min driving to Budva .. the host is very nice guy a very helpful

The property looks exactly like the pictures, perfect neighborhood, on the sea. 20 minute walk from the old town full of restaurants on the road facing the sea. Drako answered every question and the communication was excellent. He recommend us wonderful guide for a tour in town.

Olga was a great host and her home was a peaceful spot close to everything in Tivat.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Incredible house - modern and clean with amazing views. Good base for exploring the surrounding area as well as relaxing by the pool. Short drive to bars/restaurants and shops. Homemade wine and honey were lovely!

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Christofer was an outstanding host and the villa is something quite special!!! We loved the views and being right on the water. The inside has a wonderful Scandinavian aesthetic and it was spotless! We made amazing memories and are so grateful to have stayed in such a lovely space and location!!

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Stunning sea views and starry nights! The house is very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. There are lots of great things about this property. Two of the best for us were the outdoor kitchen and proximity to the water. There are two beaches that are a short walk away. We spent most days splashing around in the sea and pool. The kids really enjoyed snorkelling around the rocks in the bay. On one of the days we kayaked to a nearby island and spent the day there. Antonia, Božo and Antun were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Niks anders dan lof over de gastvrijheid van Nena en de vakantie woning. Vanaf het vliegveld is het maar een klein stukje rijden. Nena en haar man ontvingen ons gastvrij in de woning. De woning zag er prachtig en schoon uit. We kwamen aan op een dag waarop alle winkels dicht waren. Nena had ervoor gezorgd dat er wat boodschappen in huis waren zodat er wat te eten en te drinken was en heeft ons ook tijdens ons verblijf laten genieten van haar kookkunsten. We hebben anderhalve week genoten van de woning, de prachtige rustige omgeving, het uitzicht, het fruit uit de bomen, het fijne zwembad. Het was echt vakantie. Een plek om te ontspannen.

We had a wonderful stay here ( a family of 5) The swimming pool is lovely as is the separate BBQ room. Air conditioning in all rooms was was very welcome. The area is so beautiful, and there is a lot to do there. Stijepo is so helpful and gave us lots of information, he waited for us as we were delayed at the border, he also kindly let us stay for a couple of hours longer as our flight wasn't until 5.30. We highly recommend Mr and Mrs Pots restaurant as well as Molunot. Cilipi has a fantastic display of the local Konvale culture, including dancing on Sunday mornings. the bells of the church did not disturb us and were nice to hear. Towels are provided and there is a cafeterie ( if you want to pick up ground coffee) Gruda has a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Dubrovnik is a 45- 1 hour drive, it is a beautiful drive with lots of stop points for photos. This is a lovely spacious villa, a car is a must, with it there are lots of options and places to visit.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!
