Unser alter Bauernstadel, der 2023 liebevoll erweitert und renoviert wurde liegt am Waldrand in herrlicher Alleinlage und ist direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die südseitige Ausrichtung genießen unsere Gäste von früh bis spät Sonne.

Geniet van het comfort met 3 ruime slaapkamers met king size boxspringbedden, luxe badkamers en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Er is een ruime tuin en heerlijk terras met BBQ. Goede WiFi, smart TV aanwezig. Tevens zijn er een verwarmde berging, wasmachine, kinderbedje en kinderstoel en vele andere voorzieningen.

Kom tot rust in het rustige maar gezellige Kotschach, skien, wandelen,raften of mountainbiken het kan hier allemaal. Klaar met het bewegen? Ontspan verder in de Whirlpool met uitzichten op de prachtige bergen van Oostenrijk en Italie. Plaats voor 6 volwassenen + 3 kinderen tot maximaal 40 KG.

Dit charmante chalet is vrijstaand en gelijkvloers, geschikt voor 2 personen. De open keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder andere een vaatwasser, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Het slaapgedeelte bevat een comfortabel 2-persoonsbed en voldoende kastruimte. De luxe badkamer heeft een douchecabine, wastafel en zwevend toilet. Op warme zomeravonden is het terras met zitgelegenheid de perfecte plek om de dag af te sluiten. Vanuit het chalet kunnen mooie wandelingen gemaakt worden.

The Panorama Lodge has a spacious terrace and priceless views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a cozy sitting area with television and you can easily sit and eat together around the large wooden table. In the open kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee maker. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside there is a sun terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at the house and there is free WiFi.

A dreamlike, rustic ski hut in the middle of the Alpine paradise Nassfeld - one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. In winter, you strap on your skis directly from the hut to the piste next door or sled down the toboggan run, which is also right around the corner. In summer, you will discover idyllic hiking routes, mountain bike trails, via ferratas, mountain lakes and waterfalls. Relaxation and unforgettable experiences are guaranteed!

Welcome in our Guesthouse, The Nassfeld ski area is about 9 km from the guest house away. Next Buss Station: about 3min. walk. Cross- country ski track less meters from the apartment (depends on snow conditions) -Fantastic hiking / climbing tours in the Alps. -Cycling trails & MTB trails through the Alps. -Lakes near the Guesthouse : "Weißensee" (60 min), "Presseggersee"(30min), as well as the natural jewel "Garnitzenklamm"(20min).

Modern und naturverbunden mit herrlichem Seeblick und 300m vom See entfernt. Im Sommer 2018 ist die komfortabel ausgestattete Ferienwohnung fertiggestellt worden. Es ist eine separate Wohneinheit innerhalb unseres Hauses. Kinder sind willkommen, Haustiere und Raucher nicht – Möglichkeit zum Rauchen gibt es auf der 11qm großen Terrasse. Die helle Ferienwohnung ist ebenerdig und für 2 Personen geeignet.

Our delightful holiday flat, located on the 1st floor, faces south-west and with its 92m² offers enough space for 2-4 people. You can walk to the lake promenade in about 5 minutes and in winter the flat is the ideal starting point for ice skating or cross-country skiing. Every detail has been selected by me with a great deal of love and care. Let yourself be surprised.
