Come and relax in our newly remodeled river front cottage. This spacious two bedroom two full bath home sits nestled between beautiful tropical trees on the crystal clear river that leads out to the gulf of mexico. The 20 x 20 master suite consist of a king bed, custom two person rain shower and walk out private balcony. First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.

Florida Breeze -Wildlife Sanctuary- 5 miles to I75

Have you ever wanted the opportunity to feed an egg to a fox? Or feed a grape to a lemur? Hand feed a deer or sheep? Dance with a cockatoo? If so you’ll get to have these and many more experiences here during your stay. Our Airbnb is different, and our main focus is on offering rememberal experiences to our guests. We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife rescue here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway.

Off the Beaten Path

Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day.

Weeki Wachee Springs heated pool home retreat

Relax with the whole family at this Weekie Wachee/Springhill Heated pool home. 5 minutes from the crystal clear springs of Weekie Wachee state park and Buccaneer Bay that has spring fed beach with water slides , tiki bars and mermaid shows. It’s also located 10-15 minutes from Rodgers Park located on the river where you can swim, kayak with manatees and enjoy fun family time! Also 15 minutes away is Pine Island Beach Park and SunWest Beach Park for skiing, wake boarding and obstacle course.

Captain's Quarters at Pirate's Cove

Located just 10 houses from the Weeki Wachee River on a beautiful canal, you will enjoy the sights, the sounds and the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! Pirate's Cove consists of two units on one property. Mermaid Landing is a 1/1 downstairs with the capacity to sleep 4. Captain's Quarters is upstairs and is a 2/1 with a screened in porch and open balcony. They are completely separate and private but could be opened up for a larger gathering if both were rented together.
