Diese rund 100 m²große luxuriöse Wohnung mit einer einzigartigen Dachterasse und exklusiver Ausstattung liegt in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Salzburgs, dem Andräviertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Schloss Mirabell und seinem herrlichen Park! Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten und dabei flaniert man durch den Mirabellgarten oder über den Makartplatz vorbei am Landestheater und den ältesten und traditionellsten Kaffeehäusern.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Traumhaftes Bergidyll, herrliche Aussicht auf Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter Untersberg,... , ganztags Sonne, ein ganz besonderer Ort. Nicht umsonst wurde hier die Anfangssequenz von "Sound of music" gedreht...Bad, Küche hochwertig und neu, Ausstattung gemütlich und traditionell. Geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder eine Familie mit Grosseltern. Beachte: bei 2 Betten handelt es sich um Kinderbetten(185x85), ein Schlafzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer. Hühner, Schafe, Katzen, Bullerbü auf den Bergen!
