We are within 10 minutes to the San Diego International Airport and a quick Uber ride to Downtown, Little Italy. Walk to the heart of Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. Heart of Mission Hills, upscale area, this private suite, separate from the house, is perched above the pool (separate from main house), own entrance, room has walkin closet, small fridge, swivel TV, electric fireplace to warm you up. We are minutes from airport, walking distance to coffee & restaurants and central to all of SD. Please note this property is wiped down after each visit and steamed, as well as all linens washed. We also don’t rent back to back giving time for thorough cleaning.

The care taken to honor the atmosphere of the original 1910 house creates a feeling of another time and place. The house is secluded in a prize winning garden and approached through a stone pergola. The Craftsman furniture, lighting and antique Persian carpets reflect a distant and captivating sensibility. This house has been featured in three books and “American Bungalow” magazine.
