Stijlvol appartement onder ons huis, in het souterrain, met een patio en een eigen trap naar beneden. Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer, 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. In 5 minuten bij de trein die je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Of in 25 minuten naar Utrecht centrum. Loosdrechtse plassen en Gooimeer dichtbij.
