Escape to 'Oak Leaves' studio, nestled under a canopy of oak trees on the quieter side of the Mornington Peninsula. We’re a board riding family who want to share our story with you. The comfortable queen bed, lounge area with smart TV & Bluetooth speakers provides a relaxing atmosphere. Prepare meals in the kitchenette & Webber. Take advantage of the private fire pit & pick fresh produce from the shared vegie patch. With your own parking & entry this is a perfect base for exploring the area.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Yallumbee Beach Studio - Balnarring Beach

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Somersea Cottage. Very close to the beach and cafe

My place is close to the beach and the local cafe/restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings and the quiet, secluded setting. My place is good for couples and families. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE bed. The loft is set up with two single beds. There is a floor couch that could be used for a 5th. I have a portacot if needed. The cottage has its own private courtyard with a gas BBQ. It is located in a very quiet court, just a 5 min walk to the beach and cafe.

This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom home is located on the beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The residence is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. Single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties/schoolies. Manager next door 24 hrs.

Mimosa, Somers

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property.
