Take advantage of the private fire pit & pick fresh produce from the shared vegie patch. With your own parking & entry this is a perfect base for exploring the area.

Tiny in size but so much to love, our thoughtfully made off-grid cabin features panoramic winery valley views and unique personal touches making your stay extra special. Take it all in soaking in a warm bath on your own private deck, plus a Queen bed, you are surrounded by nature yet still walking distance to 3 award-winning wineries, a hatted restaurant feat. a wine list of "local stars, international pours and a local bracket of curious jewels". Close to beaches and wild coastal nature areas.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Allawah Cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Red Hill, offering both peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the very best of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a short stroll, you’ll find local favourites like Nordie Cafe. Inside, Allawah Cottage immediately welcomes you with its calm, elegant, and relaxed décor. Every detail, from the soft linen and natural textures to the quiet, restful palette, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where you can truly unwind.

Somersea Cottage. Very close to the beach and cafe

My place is close to the beach and the local cafe/restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings and the quiet, secluded setting. My place is good for couples and families. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE bed. The loft is set up with two single beds. There is a floor couch that could be used for a 5th. I have a portacot if needed. The cottage has its own private courtyard with a gas BBQ. It is located in a very quiet court, just a 5 min walk to the beach and cafe.

Mimosa, Somers

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.

The Barn, beautiful & private, Balnarring

The Barn at Summersdale Located in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula, this exquisitely finished barn conversion is the perfect couples' retreat. Just a 3-4 min drive to Balnarring and Merricks beaches plus wonderful Peninsula vineyards, the Barn is the ideal location from which to explore. Or if you're looking to relax just sit back and enjoy.. cathedral ceilings, beautiful interior and north facing, private outdoor entertaining area.
