My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Gather for a family reunion or stay while travelling across country in this unique secluded sanctuary. Gaze at the stars on the stargazing platform and walk to the natural pond 10 mins across the property. 50 amp RV spots with water are also available if you have one along.

You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

New tiled bathroom with rainfall shower & wand, kitchenette, coffee station, record, CD & cassette player, games, packnplay, iron & board, smart TV, back deck, goldfish in tank to feed, horses and cattle, and farm cats. Grocery store, and bar/grill uptown as well as a couple boutiques, and Millers of Claflin Furniture store. We are 5 miles from Cheyenne Bottoms. *** Pets are allowed with a fee of $40 per stay. Pick up after pets with bags provided ***No smoking indoors.
