Waldferienwohnung Einöde

Sie erwartet eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung in absoluter Alleinlage im Bayerischen Wald. Besonders viel Freude werden Sie als Hundebesitzer bei uns haben. Auf unserer fast 1500qm großen eingezäunten Hundewiese kann sich Ihr Fellfreund austoben. Auf dem großen Holzbalkon haben Sie freien Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und auf die Hundewiese. Im Wohnbereich ist ein Kamin, eine Küche und in der großen Badewanne können Sie abends entspannen. Von Mitte/Ende November bis April nur mit Allrad erreichbar!

Wohnung (90 qm) in ruhiger Lage direkt am Golfpark Oberzwieselau, für 2 Personen im Erdgeschoss des Forsthauses Oberzwieselau. Golfspieler erhalten im Golfpark Oberzwieselau Greenfeeermässigung Eingerichtet vom Architekturbüro bauconcept, in klaren Strukturen und hochwertigen Materialien. Grosser Park der ehem. Gärtnerei Schloss Oberzwieselau zur freien Nutzung. Nachhaltigkeit: Strom aus eigenem Wasserkraftwerk, Trinkwasser aus eigener Quelle, Hackschnitzelheizung mit Holz aus eigenem Forst.

Chalet Herz³

Das in Holzbauweise neu gebaute Chalet wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im März 2024 fertiggestellt. Es wurde im modernen Stil errichtet und erfüllt höchste energetische Anforderungen. Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Maringotka na pastvině

Pobyt v naší maringotce je DobroDružství, uzdravující osvěžení a dovolená s úžasným západem slunce. Maringotka je na oploceném pozemku v CHKO Brdy. Nachází se v nezastavěné části obce, poblíž našeho domu, všude kolem jsou pastviny, takže žádná stříkaná pole. Na pastvinách stádo krav a ovcí a před vámi krásný výhled až na Šumavu. Pitná voda k dispozici. Dřevo na oheň je v ceně. Tadle maringotka je naše dřevěné srdce, které jsme sami zrekonstruovali. Je to prostě jiný, úžasný pohled na svět.

Tři domky - Hruška

Hruška je největší z domků, ložnice v patře je doplněna o další patýrko na spaní, které si zamilují zejména děti. Velkorysý otevřený prostor, modřín, bříza, pořádná kuchyně s krbovými kamny a terasou, co víc je třeba… Domek je ideální pro 4 členou rodinu, ale pohodlně se do něj vejde až 5 osob. Domky jsme stavěli s láskou, důrazem na minimalistický moderní design, s harmonií k přírodě. Usazené nad krásným šumavským údolím. Přijeďte si užít pohodu a klid s nádherným výhledem do okolních kopců.

Prázdninový domeček

Prázdninová chaloupka z 18.století, kompletně rekonstruovaná v roce 2018. Naši hosté mají k dispozici celý samostatný domeček ve kterém se nacházejí v přízemí společenská místnost s kuchyňkou, samostané WC a koupelna, spolu s finskou saunou z lipového dřeva a v podkroví dvě ložnice s dispozicí, jedna ložnice pro 3 dospělé osoby a větší ložnice pro 4 dospělé osoby (případně dva dospělí a tři děti). Vše v Šumavském Podlesí. Možno využívat zahradu a posezení s grilem. Hosté mají plné soukromí.
