The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

An ideal base for exploring this stunning part of England, by foot, bike, car or train. Perfectly situated for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and the Way of the Roses cycle route. The property is available to those who are 12 years and older due to the twin attic room having low ceilings and a beam to step over. There is no outdoor space.

Bulls Close Cottage is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales village of Austwick, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to Settle, The Three Peaks & Kirkby Lonsdale. This charming cottage (an annex attached to the main house) has a private terrace and outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings. The cottage has WiFi and sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, hairdryer, and soaps are provided and when it’s cold, the underfloor heating keeps you snug!

The 2 bedroom cottage is based in the heart of Horton-in-Ribblesdale, the base of the Three Peaks Walk. We welcome 2 well behaved pets . A welcome pack and first fire wood, coal is supplied for you. Front garden to sit and enjoy the views of Pen-y-ghent, or enjoy breakfast in bed with the view. Please note we are a dog friendly cottage. We take great care in our cleaning after each guest yet sometimes a few hairs can still be around.
