Lovely 5-bedroom single family home located across the (quiet) street from a resident-only long sandy beach in a kid’s friendly neighborhood. Ocean views from all the rooms with new furniture and comfortable mattresses across the house. Nice yard, outside table, barbeque and rocking chairs on a nice porch. Kitchen has brand new appliances. Large TV in the Living Room. Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you are looking for a house to party, this is not the right fit.
