We enjoyed our stay! Amy was a great host. She was very understanding and was great at communicating!

The Maxwell House is very cute with many upgrades, especially the bathroom. It was comfortable and clean, which was very important to us. We were impressed with Kendyll's attention to detail in various places around the house as well as the complimentary coffee and snacks. Although it was just a weekend stay, we had a nice time!

Can't say enough about how nice the stay was. Very serene place to get away for the weekend.

We rented this place for family from Missouri. We wanted to provide some breakfast items, additional snacks, and welcome gifts. Jeff was very accommodating and made it possible for us to gain entry well before check-in time. He even came to show us around a bit and fill us in on family history behind the house. The place is much larger than you might expect from the photos. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels, including an additional family/living space in the beautifully finished basement. My family included three women, who especially enjoyed the separate bathrooms that made it so convenient to get around in the morning. While Jeff's place isn't within reasonable walking distance of our town's Main Street and amenities, it's a great location for those wanting to attend/participate in activities at Central Christian College.

very good deal considering the square footage and the peace and quiet you can get here just the right distance to town but far enough from everything that no one is bothering you with noise 10/10 will stay again and would recommend.

Great place to stay with a large group of people! We had family in town that came over to visit and there was plenty of room for our five grandchildren to play. Great visit!

Joseph was very accommodating! His place is clean and well stocked. We especially loved the drinks provided and morning snack. His place is beautifully set up with landscaping, pond, and sweet farm animals to watch.

I lived in the area many years ago.. it was like going home to me..It was neat and clean. It is in a high traffic part of town, but I expected it. And train whistles are a big draw to me. it means home. There was plenty of water and coffee and snacks.. It is an older section of town..but, to me that's good

Very nice place, close to stores, restaurants and local bars. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and enjoyed my stay. Brian and Kendra were very helpful. Look forward to staying again.

Great place only thing i didn't like is the sun shines in one of the bedroom windows early in the morning.

we felt safe, beds were very comfortable, only wish there had been a TV in the bedroom. it was a quaint little place and quiet. we will stay there again.
