During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $75 pet fee per stay for extra cleaning. Please understand we have very low cleaning fees compared to other listings. Add your pet where you add your guests. NO washer and dryer on site so plan accordingly.
