Das Vollholz-Haus liegt mitten in Igls, dem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck, im südlichen Mittelgebirge. Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.

Meine Unterkunft hat 42qm und ist relativ zentral gelegen. Busverbindung vor der Tür ,10 min ins Zentrum, ruhige Lage. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Lage und Umgebung. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Du wirst für die Kurtaxe die Welcomcard Innsbruck bei mir bekommen.

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung (ca. 48m2) mit Balkon und Blick über ganz Innsbruck. 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad mit WC und Badewanne als Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat zur Verdunklung eine Außenjalousie. In der Wohnküche, wo die Ausziehcouch für eine 3te Person steht, gibt es Vorhänge als Verdunklungsmöglichkeit.
