Een zonnig terras bevindt zich aan de achterzijde. De directe omgeving is geliefd bij wandelaars en fietsers; vanaf het huisje kunt u alle kanten op! Uiteraard is het huisje voorzien van gratis WiFi en een smart televisie. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen entree op een afgebakend stuk op het perceel.

Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.
