You'll have a private keyless entry and parking. The house sits on a double city lot so it is peaceful and you'll have a real sense of privacy.

The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
