This compact, self-contained apartment (with private entrance) is attached to an architecturally designed home nestled in a wooded hillside overlooking a large meadow. Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

Spacious 2,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms - house with living room (with couch, loveseat, and work space), game room (with futon), and laundry room. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, trampoline, playground, and small child's table. Tranquility

If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.
