Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Nous avons sélectionné le meilleur : un lit double avec un matelas confortable ; cuisine moderne entièrement équipée ; un canapé en cuir véritable ; et un parquet en chêne naturel chaleureux.

Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartement ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, von Skifahren über Rodeln, Wandern, Baden oder einfach zum Entspannen in unserer wunderbaren Bergwelt.
