Jess is a great host and this is a great place. Cozy but spacious. Stylish in a low key way and very comfortable. A nice front and back yard and a lot across the street full of trees. Restaurants, cafes, bars, movie theater, coffee shop, and bowling alley — all part of Jackson’s vibrant and pleasant Fondren neighborhood— are an easy walk just up the street. Jess is a wonderful and warm person who makes everything easy. I highly recommend this place.

I moved to the area for work and when my wife and best friend were coming to visit, where I was staying was too small. My wife found Steve’s house and it was great for us for the week. They left sticky notes all over the place for suggestions and requests which were very easy to accommodate. We thank you Steve for letting us stay there so their visit was easy and enjoyable!

The place was perfect! Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to anything you could want or need. I felt at home for the 5 weeks I was there. I would recommend Art and his crew without hesitation.

This was for our family gathering for Thanksgiving. Victoria has helped us find a home in the past and she came through again this year. I seek out her properties because they are always clean. She is quick to respond and has always made it clear that she will be available should we have a problem of any sort. The house was adequate for our needs and it was clean and nice. We will be using Victoria for as long as she has something available for us! She is great!

This is a lovely guesthouse in a beautiful, serene setting. Laundry facilities and A/C were great to have for our week long stay. The decor is charming, comfortable, and designed to feel like home. We had great nights’ sleep in a super comfortable bed, on some of the softest linens I’ve slept on. Finally, Katherine was great. She responded immediately to questions and provided restaurant recommendations for us. Thanks for a great stay!

What an amazing home! The location was perfect, the views were amazing and I loved the book collection upstairs. Kim was responsive and helpful throughout and we would absolutely choose this home again for our next trip to the reservoir. Thank you!

This home is an absolutely beautiful neighborhood and the home is well maintained and spacious. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. We arrived after dark and were warmly greeted with lamps on and the air conditioning at a pleasant temperature. When we visit Jackson again we will definitely be staying here again!

Super cool, clean park

I was in town for a few days to conduct some training for a local church. This was an excellent place to stay. It was close to town but very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Antonio keeps a very cosy apartment that made us feel right at home and suited our short stay perfectly. The location is cose to a great strip of bars and restaurants including The Station and Pig and Pint. Antonio was very responsive and helpful every step of yhe way. Would book again.

Vi var en familie på 6 voksne og 2 børn, som besøgte gamle venner i Flora nogle dage. Aprils hus er meget hyggeligt og velfungerende. Der er masser af plads, og gode muligheder for også at være udenfor. Flora har et par gode restauranter, et godt supermarked mm. Blue Front Cafe i nabobyen Bentonia, er et meget lille, men fantastisk spillested for bluesmusik.

Lovely home! Plenty of open space for family time! Close to the water and the views are perfect in the area! Kroger near by, along with plenty of things to do and restaurants to visit! It was perfect for our weekend vacation to see my husband’s family. Only negative thing we saw, there’s a few cracks throughout the home seem to be a foundation issue didn’t interfere with our stay by any means just very noticeable upon arrival.

This cabin made for a perfect long weekend getaway. Everything was very clean, the veiw was beautiful and it very peaceful! We caught tons of fish and made memories that we will never forget.. We will be back for sure to make many more memories in the future.. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and book this you wont regret it.. we are already planning our next trip here!

She’s absolutely the easiest person to talk with. Always takes care of every issue and quick to respond. We will always stay in one of her places when we are in the Jackson area.

This place is close to town, plenty of shopping, fuel, and restaurants close by. Very cozy and clean place. Would recommend to anyone.
