With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The 3rd bedroom has a futon. The 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 full. There is also a sleeper sofa in the foyer.

A great option for guests who want the comforts of home but still can walk to the beach. 2 AC units will keep the house nice and cool. Also, a backup generator in case the power goes out. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards will be available for guest. A washer and dryer is a great plus.
