The Hideout

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With breathtaking, 360-degree views, discover what makes our Hideout extra special. Bordering on the John Forrest National Park and surrounded by nature, you can bush-walk and explore the many walk trails at your back door. Or simply relax, listen to the abundance of birds singing happily, and watch the kangaroos graze as the sun slowly sets over Perth City. The Swan Valley wineries, breweries and amazing attractions are also only minutes away.

Surrounded by nature close to town

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

The home is great as a holiday home for those who would like to tour the Swan valley wine region or to have access to our capital city. Located 5 minutes from the Swan River and 20 minutes from Perth. Bus and train station, cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafes all within a short stroll away. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living.

It has a full kitchen of Miele appliances and laundry facilities including large fridge and oven. A separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private verandah, and garden. The property has stunning views overlooking a valley. Walking & horse-riding trails, tennis court within 250m. Ideally suited to those wanting a little luxury escape.

The Nest

Welcome to our secluded idyllic acres at Swan View on Jane Brook. Our fully renovated, detached, self-contained little guest house, shady pool area and natural spaces make an ideal retreat for a couple or two singles. Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.

Just outside the Swan Valley, this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing escape, a wine-tasting adventure, or a quick stopover near the airport, our charming space has everything you need for a memorable stay. Situated on the Darling Range Eastern Hills Heritage Trail - Fully self-contained private apartment with queen bed and lounge/kitchen/diner, peaceful weekend retreat. Charcoal BBQ, (BYO charcoal or available to buy) Gas BBQ (gold coin donation towards gas) , BYO Firewood or it is available to buy for use in the garden fire pit. (check local fire bans)

This serene hideaway is tucked away in the charming Swan Valley! Just a hop, skip, and a jump from fabulous wineries, breweries, and mouthwatering restaurants. Kick back, chill out, and soak in the stunning vistas of the Perth hills and those adorable farm paddocks (yep, sometimes you’ll spot grazing goats living their best lives!).
