Great place. Shane has helped us a lot under a the hopeless conditions we were in after participating at our brother in law’s military graduation.

We booked this home while in town for my son’s BCT/AIT graduation. The house was exactly as described…my son wanted to be able to just relax on family day and hang out at the house…we were able to grill out and just spend time as a family. He absolutely loved it. The pool and foose ball table were a huge hit. It absolutely felt like home away from home. If you are traveling w/ a family I would DEF recommend. Their goal is to make your stay accommodating and as comfortable as possible and in my opinion they go above and beyond to ensure that. The house itself as soon as you walk in the door shows the pride they take in making your stay pleasant. It’s close to several stores but still far enough away from town that it’s relaxing and peaceful to just sit outside on the deck and chat…as a female I absolutely loved the detail in the bathrooms such as the makeup clothes, little soaps and lotions, hair straightener all the things we need 😁…

Great overnight stay - if you're riding the Katy trail, this is the place to stay! One block off the trail after crossing the river. Lots of space, nice furnishings, comfy bed, awesome shower. Just a short walk to the capitol and choice of restaurants. And the fridge even had an assortment of beer, seltzers, and water!

Staying at Sandra’s on the lake was a magical time. Everyone had a blast! From the large yet cozy home to the beautiful backyard and pool. We can’t wait to come and stay again.

We had a great time here. Everything was wonderful. The ability to rent the boat was the best perk and Joe made it super easy for us.

Peaceful perfection. Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Had everything we needed for an memorable family stay. Kirsten was a tremendous host and very responsive. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we enjoyed our stay. We felt welcome and at home. It was a joy to share her home and we plan to return.

loved our stay here. perfect location, clean, quiet. love the fact there are tons of games, lots of spices to cook with. Basically anything you could need. fridge wentput when we first got there. I Don't know how Amy did it, but, lowes showed up at 730 in the morning with a new fridge! we were so shocked that she got that done in the middle of nowhere! would 100% recommend this place!

This was our 2nd time staying here & the owners have made a lot of great upgrades! One of our favorite parts about this place, with coming down with family, is having 3 separate rooms and everyone having their own bedrooms. This place is kid friendly with a playground, indoor pool & a pickleball court. Location is near plenty of great restaurants too and we partook is the local trampoline park and Bagnell Dam activities.

This was a great find! It was centrally located and very walkable. It was clean and nicely set up and stocked.

Another wonderful visit! Clean space, fabuloys communication and flexibility. I am grateful!

Parking was right in front of the door. Roomy. Spotlessly clean. Had music on for us when we arrived, which was a new one for us. Made it very welcoming. Neighbors followed the 10p quiet hours rule, too. Bed was very firm. Offered plenty of thick, fluffy towels. Great experience. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

I love this place. It is Peaceful and the courtyard is beyond pretty. Yet, just a few steps around the corner and you're in the Owensville Downtown area. eateries and bars just a block or so down the street.

This place was perfect! Such an awesome price for the amazing location. It was everything that I had hoped for on my birthday weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay at the Ozarks!!

We stayed here during spring break in March, when it was a bit more quieter and affordable. We always need at least 3 bedrooms for our family and the space was perfect for us. The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed, bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy, we loved the view of the lake, and the girls loved the playground. We were close to a lot of great restaurants and we went to state parks as well. Very happy with our stay!

We loved this place ! Was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful . The pictures didn’t do it justice !! We enjoyed the workout room and the swim spa . The patio . We want to come back this summer and utilize the pool and fire pits . Thanks so much for everything !!!

This was our first time in Missouri and I’d say that Uma’s get away villa was just perfect , pictures don’t do this beautiful property justice ! 😍 It is very spacious and comfy/cozy.! I can’t wait to come back during the summer time to enjoy the Villa when everything is bloomed and warm outside ! 💕

Md was very helpful when something came up with the villa that was booked and was very proactive in fixing the issue well before our arrival. very quiet area and very clean villa. wonderful host and wonderful stay.

great place to stay. good location!

I wish we had known there were 117 steps one way to get to the swimming dock/boat slip. We took my MIL so she could enjoy the boat, but she was only able to make it once due to the climb. Jennifer was extremely helpful and friendly. she helped me find a local company to rent an extra boat slip from. She was responsive as well. Another thing on the boat ramp is that you have to have a 4-wheel drive, or you'll definitely struggle loading and unloading your boat. If your boat is any bigger than 21ft, you're better off finding a different ramp. This is by no means Jennifer's fault, but helpful information nonetheless. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the swimming dock was a lot of fun.

This was our third year staying at this home for the holidays and it’s always a great gathering place for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space ands also to get the whole group together for meals & our gift exchange. There have been some noticeable updates over last year, with several maintenance improvements. Beautiful place, nicely decorated. A couple notes: the path along the side of the house can be a little slippery so be careful. Also, the pool wasn’t open during our stay due to the cost of maintaining the heat (there had also been some condensation issues in previous years so it makes sense) - but double-check beforehand if you’re planning to swim to see if it’ll be available. Overall a really great stay!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. The property is amazing! We especially loved the sun room that backed up to the golf course. It's also in walking distance to the cafe and restaurant which we found very reasonably priced. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone! 5/5, would definitely return.
