My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has much more room than the pictures portray so that was a nice bonus. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely house beautifully decorated the backyard was an oasis with Palm trees, a relaxing lawn chair hammock, fire pit and games. The house is set up for you to relax and enjoy your family. The special touches like a cute coffee bar, little notes with instructions for ease in house and all the amenities like home to make you feel pampered and on vacation with no worries was so thoughtful. This was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and peaceful. Exactly like the description and pictures. Grocery store around the corner great coffee shop and Inverness walking trail was only a short drive away. This was a great place in a great location while we were in Birmingham. We will stay here again.

Great property for $ . Comfortable beds. Loved the fenced backyard for our little dog. The only thing we missed was extra blankets because it was very cold the week we were there and heating was difficult to maintain in front bedroom. Back bedroom would get very warm

The home was spacious, clean and most importantly - comfortable! We appreciated the thought placed into the decor and quality of linens and towels. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic. Thank you for the water, coffee and light snacks.

My family had an amazing stay at Chardra’s stylish loft townhome! The space was beautifully decorated and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fantastic with its large island and modern appliances. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped. We especially loved the peaceful front porch and the private back patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, with great walking trails and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this Airbnb while in town for my brother’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The location in downtown Birmingham was ideal—right near the Museum of Art, which made it easy to get to the reception while also managing our two young children. The space itself was great, and we especially loved having an amazing gelato shop right downstairs. While there wasn’t dedicated parking, we never had an issue finding street parking, and the nearby surface lot was very affordable. We also enjoyed walking to brunch at Frothy Monkey in the mornings. The only challenges were that the elevator wasn’t working the first day, and finding the entrance to the residence was a bit tricky at first. However, Bridgette was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Birmingham!

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

I stayed at this location for a month and the place is extremely comfortable, the office area in the back is great to work from and the front porch is great to relax on in the evenings.

Great place, good restaurants within a couple minutes drive, parking is plentiful right outside the apartment on the street, Jacob is very responsive. Washer and Dryer in a convenient spot in the bathroom. Beds pretty comfortable. No complaints!

Great cozy place. We didn’t have a lot of time to spend here but when we were here it was great! Very homey feel. Neighborhood felt extremely feel. Had a problem with the tv remote and Sue was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
