The location was ideal—tucked between the mountains and the city, which made exploring super convenient. The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was exactly as presented in the listing. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like bath products, a hair dryer with diffuser, and even lady essentials. There was plenty of privacy, but also a lovely sunny patio to enjoy when desired. The hosts were responsive and respectful of our space, and it was great to have a fan available for sleeping. A few quirks to note: while the space was clean and well-equipped, the sheets were a bit stiff and the window coverings let in more light than I prefer for sleeping. I’m also quite sensitive to smells and noticed a dog scent in the entryway and towels. Temperature control wasn’t accessible from the unit, which may be worth noting for guests who prefer to adjust the thermostat. Overall, a solid stay in a great location—I would recommend it!

This place feels like a real home! The build, the decor, the furniture, the personal touches, and the style are really so lovely and refreshing. There are even games and a movie collection to choose from. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom and the shower is beautiful. The location is very private as well. The hosts live upstairs and you can hear footsteps but honestly, it was never an issue. It’s a basement unit, so you’re destined to hear upstairs activity. But this basement was soo spacious! It felt like a dope apartment. I’d duplicate it if I could and live in it. There’s a private entrance and the hosts gave complete privacy and were responsive when I sent messages. Book your stay here! You won’t regret it. It’s 40mins from Downtown Denver but the drive is worth it since it’s in the mountains. I will definitely stay here again.

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Brooke’s place was great for my dog and I. We stayed there for a month and truly enjoyed our time there. It is just as advertised, and very cozy. I felt right at home. Overall the neighborhood is quiet. Tons of great restaurants nearby. With Sloan’s Lake across the street, and the nearby park, it is dog walking heaven. This place is perfect for both short stays and long stays. As a host, Brooke is outstanding. Extremely helpful and accommodating.

This was one of the very best Airbnb experiences we have enjoyed. It was in a beautiful location, everything was well considered and thoughtfully arranged, the location was perfect for us, and everything was extremely clean. Truly, we could not have asked for a better Place to stay.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

This was my fourth stay with Jim and always my first choice when available. It is not always available even six months out which, I believe, says a great deal about this property and Jim and Ayo as hosts. Lovely people. My highest priority is cleanliness and the property exceeds my expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was super cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have an issue with the bedroom sheets but Nina was super responsive and took care of us quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay again on my next trip to Colorado.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Also nice not to have a long list of things to do when we checked out.

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

Such a great location! Wi-fi, worked beautifully, as some qho had to use it for work! House feels like visiting family, full of space to make great memories. Bathroom toilet seats and beds were comfortable for us wider folks. Kitchen, nice. Just bring a bag of ice, no ice maker. (a bag of ice was already in freezer, when we arrived. very convenient and considerate) Would 100 percent rebook in the future. Host is very responsive, a great over all experience.

Mike's place was clean, comfortable and had extra little touches that made our stay great. We all loved the shower and the very comfortable beds. Only complaint, as others stated, the constant creaky, scratching sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors during the nights. Luckily we bring our white noise machine so we were able to sleep through it. Overall, we would definitely book Mike's place again!

Stefan and Bethany were extremely responsive, left great recommendations for local places to explore, and had a great apartment for our week long stay. My husband and I worked remotely for a week from this apartment, while there is not a dedicated workspace we did enjoy being so close to so many hikes and downtown Golden. Very safe area with the high school across the street! Only thing we would change is the bed, as we are not used to memory foam! Personal preference!

Overall, our stay at Andrea’s was good, and I would likely stay here again. Things to note: — during the day during the week there was construction happening. Lots of construction workers around the windows, yelling in Spanish, etc. We had to close all of the blinds, so we were unable to enjoy the natural light. And also had to reschedule some work calls, as it was impossible w the noise — upon arrival, the second bedroom was not made up for us, so I had to pull down the Murphy bed and make the bed myself. Not a huge deal, but definitely not what I expected after a long travel day. — the place itself was clean and had high-quality furnishings. The beds were comfortable. — the location is great and very central for all things front range Colorado

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

Great place to stay for a getaway! Jenny had amazing communication which made me feel right at home from the get go. Instructions were very easy and clear to understand. There are a lot of different things to do that are close by if you are looking for an adventure. Along side the adventure, once you are in the mood for food, there are plenty of amazing local restaurants that are close by. All in all I would definitely recommend this host.

Such a great place to stay for my family of 4! Sherri was so easy to communicate with and the space was in a great location for exploring Kittredge and the surrounding towns of Evergreen and Morrison. Peaceful back patio and the workout equipment was a plus for us. Full size kitchen with everything you could need. We walked from the house to a really great nearby children’s park and felt right at home. Would stay here again!

Brad‘s place was very accommodating. Had everything we needed along with the washer and dryer. Very spacious and clean. Brad communicated ahead of time. Will definitely book again, when we make a trip back to Denver.
