The Studio

The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.

Beautiful landscaping with a trout pond, large yard, in season berries on the bushes, produce in the garden, fresh eggs in the chicken coop and catch and release trout fishing.

Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

The Rustic Retreat

Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.
