Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Direkt an Wiesen, Felder und Spazierwege angebunden, kann die wunderschöne Naturlandschaft des Eisacktals und des Grödnertals genossen werden. Le site olympique 2026 de biathlon (Antholz) se trouve à environ 130 km et est facilement accessible en transports publics. Celui du ski de fond (Val di Fiemme) est à environ 80 km et également bien desservi. Le chalet, construit en bois massif, vous plonge immédiatement dans une atmosphère de vacances. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une salle de bain avec douche ; à l’étage, la chambre (Honeymoon) dispose de WC privés avec lavabo.
