what a beautiful guesthouse! serene setting, private, yet close access to the highway, for easy travel. extremely clean and comfortable space! Loved that dogs are allowed, and appreciate all the little touches, such as spices and bottled water!

Great communication. We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs loved the yard. The only complaint that we had is that we couldn't stay longer.

Our stay was wonderful. It’s hard to find a pet friendly place that is truly comfortable for people and pets alike. This is by far the best all round rental I have ever booked.

Susan was always quick with friendly responses. The house is old, but it adds to the charm. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We were afraid that being next to a busy street would cause them to go crazy, but it was fine.

The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

Jenni was an excellent communicator and answered messages quickly. She graciously allowed us to change our reservation to add additional people at the last minute. The house allows you to step back in time through the entire atmosphere. It met all of our needs for our large family. It’s easily accessed and is close to a neat downtown. We would love to stay here again.

Samantha is a wonderful host and extremely responsive. The Dream House was everything I expected. It was peaceful and relaxing, the greenhouse is fantastic for relaxing and getting away from it all! Decorations are simple and inviting. Very comfortable, cozy accommodations! Large fenced yard to accommodate my dogs, Samantha even had a dog treat and a dog bed waiting for them when we arrived, such a nice touch!

The house was beautiful!! They horses were so nice and friendly. So cozy and cute!!

This was such a hidden gem! Kenny was extremely friendly and welcoming to my fur baby. He was very clear and polite in all communication. The house felt just like home! It was extremely clean, the linens did not have the weird hotel feeling, it felt just like my bed at home. My dog, husband and I all loved it! I was hesitant since I had never stayed at an airbnb with the host on site, but I have no complaints about it.

Traveling with our dog, this was perfect. We had everything we needed. Loved the antique feel in the decor.

Route 66 Air Bnb is the cutest place nestled in the woods outside of Joplin and very close within 7 miles to popular eating establishments, gas and everything you need. His directions to find this place were precise and very helpful Sandy and Scott have gone over and beyond to make this place unique, quaint, comfortable and a very pleasant stay. Hospitality is in every room of this house. Orange juice, and water in the refrigerator, and fresh muffins, huge ones greeted us upon entry, plenty of blankets for a bigger crowd than we had. Very reasonably priced. Most importantly, Scott was there with reassurance that he was watching the weather for us in case of a storm and where we could go close by if we needed shelter. We felt very well taken care of . Sandy’s decorating and following the theme of route 66 is everywhere including the building, wall decorations, and even books about the area. This place is a real treasure.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about this place. From the stunning waterfront view to the awesome amenities. We'd love to come back next year. 😊

The place is a great place to stay. it is nice and quiet out in the country, yet close enough to town for shopping and eating out. Jennifer is a great host and responds very quickly to any concern you may have. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here every chance I get when in the area.
