Το κτίσμα είναι πέτρινο με ξύλινα παραδοσιακά στοιχεία και το εν λόγω σπίτι είναι στον πρώτο όροφο, με θέα στον ποταμό Ελισσώνα. Άνετο παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά απο το διαμέρισμα. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για παρασκευή γευμάτων.

Στη Βυτίνα, που συνδυάζει την κοσμικότητα με την ησυχία και την επαφή με την ιδιαίτερη και αναζωογωνητική φύση λόγω της θέσης και του υψόμετρου, εκεί φτιάξαμε το σπίτι μας. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού.
