It can easily accommodate two families or three couples as it comes with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 separate floors. Lower floor consists of a large TV room with separate sleeping quarters, kitchenette and comfortable full bathroom

The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
