Stunning place in the heart of Penneshaw. Short drive from the ferry, walking distance to the pub, supermarket & local cafes. Tourist office right across the road. It was so clean & tidy, every thing was available for a wonderful stay. BBQ on the deck overlooking the beautiful water, was our favorite pastime. Ellie was super helpful with our check out & we loved our stay here.

Neil’s place was peaceful, serene and the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Neil was responsive with all enquiries and greeted us upon arrival. The home was supplied with adequate amenities, which meant less stress in packing. The granny flat is located in a quiet suburb, and is walkable distance to the beach or shops/cafes. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely book again!

We found Kirsty’s place ideal for our family holiday. Kids all slept well and really enjoyed the tv in their bedroom along with the games and books that were provided. It was very quiet and peaceful and we felt like it was a home away from home. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kingscote, especially families.

The property had two separate spaces, which was perfect for accommodating both early sleepers and those who wanted to stay up late. The town itself was peaceful, and its proximity to the jetty made it ideal for fishing. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved staying at 4 Giles on KI. We stayed four nights and the house was just perfect. The space was great and has everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is 5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and other delights of Kingscote. A perfect base for exploring the wonderful Kangaroo Island. Christine was very responsive, providing excellent recommendations and check in was super easy.

Great place to stay, clean, voluminous and fully equiped. Perfect area in front of the beach. An extra bonus for the mattresses and the electric heated toppers.

We staying in Normanville recently for a Nippers Carnival and had the best weekend away. The beds were comfy, house clean and well maintained and our host was super responsive to our messages. I would highly recommend this place to others for a family weekend away. The gaming table and large lawn were hits for our kids. Thank you

We were celebrating our 80th birthdays with family. Although we were a large group the kitchen facilities were more than adequate to cook meals. We took our own gas bottle for the BBQ, which was no problem. The upstairs lounge area meant that the men could go and watch the footie or teenagers hang out and play with various games supplied. Within walking distance of the beach and shopping area. We would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was the perfect spot to access the beach. The sunset and sunrise views from the lounge and kitchen table were amazing. We could even watch the dolphins in the bay morning and night. Our two young children also loved the place, we had access to a high chair and portacot. We would very happily stay here again. Lovely and clean.

Middle River is an amazing place. somewhat central to all of the island yet so remote. A quiet beach that can has good surf and fishing plus the peace of the river up the end. Melanie's house has the spectacular view of overlooking both and onwards to Althorpe Island in the distance. booking both the east and west houses with another family would make for a fantastic group holiday
