Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Talo on rautatieaseman vieressä sekä varaukseen sisältyy myös ilmainen autohallipaikka, joten pääset asunnolle helposti millä tahansa kulkuvälineellä. Asunnosta löytyy kattavat mukavuudet jopa kahdeksalle henkilölle, joita ovat esimerkiksi pyyhkeet ja lakanat, upea saunaosasto kylpyhuoneineen, asunnon viilennin sekä laadukkaat tarvikkeet. Welcome to a beautiful, spacious and bright studio in the center of Tampere, everything is close to you. It is 600 meters to the railway station and 700 meters to the Nokia Arena. About 5 minutes' walk to the center. Room height is 3.6 m! A wonderful art nouveau house (built in 1898). Beds for 4 people. The entire studio 1h+k+kh, 32m2 is for your use only. Easy check-in Code key in the box. Towels and already made beds! Big fridge and well-equipped kitchen for cooking! The spices are ready.

Rinteessä sijaitseva valoisa, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu 3 h +k talon toisessa kerroksessa. Näkymät ikkunoista ovat huikeat: metsä- ja järvimaisema kajastavat taustalla. Asunto sijaitsee kuitenkin Kangasalan keskustassa, jonka palvelut ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Pysäköinti onnistuu helposti, vieraille varatuille paikoille. Asunnosta on hyvät yhteydet myös Tampereelle, jonne menevät bussit kulkevat asunnon läheltä noin puolessa tunnissa. Omalla autolla matka taittuu n. 20 minuutissa.

Tarjoamme korkeatasoista majoitusta 2-4 hengelle (kaksi sänkyä/parisänky+vuodesohva) Nokia Arenan naapurista. Tampereen keskustan syke on kävelyetäisyydellä, samoin rautatie- ja linja-autoasema. Täysin varusteltu yksiö sijaitsee Nokia Arenan viereisessä talossa. Asunto on samassa kerroksessa kuin Arenan pääsisäänkäynti, ja kävelyaika asunnon ovelta Arenan pääoville on vain 45 sekuntia! Käytössänne on myös upea 7. kerroksen terassipiha, josta on näkymä yli kaupungin sekä Arenan pääoville.

All services and attractions, all the restaurants, cafes, night clubs, shopping centers and boutiques just few steps away. The apartment is new, the house has been built in 2022. In the apartment is king size bed, sofa bed for two people, spacious bathroom, nice and compact kitchen area. Table for dining and also laptop friendly working space.

Siisti omakotitalomme sivuasunto sijaitsee lähellä Kangasalan keskustaa (0,5 km). Huoneistossamme on kaksi huonetta eli makuuhuone ja olohuone sekä keittotila ja kylpyhuone. Huoneistossamme on astiat, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, induktioliesi, uuni, mikro, parisänky ja vuodesohva. Tarvittaessa saa lisäpatjoja. Vieraille on parkkipaikka pihassa. Lähellä Ukki-järvi ja mahtavia lenkkeilymaastoja Kirkkoharjussa. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet Tampereelle, bussilla n. 30 min, pysäkille matkaa 150m.
