We have lowered prices by 40% for 2026 bookings as a major government beach reclamation project is underway in Candidasa, creating a new 5.5km white sand beach, boulevard and walkways. Until November there will be no construction or noise. The beach experience is more limited, although it is still possible to swim near the villa.
