Είναι νεόκτιστο και λειτουργεί ως κατάλυμα βραχυχρόνιας διαμονής από το καλοκαίρι του 2023. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για να καταστήσουν την διαμονή των επισκεπτών μας, όσο το δυνατόν άνετη και ευχάριστη για αυτούς. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο, διαθέτοντας ένα ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι 50 τ.μ. . Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, καθιστικό, κουζίνα και ιδιαίτερο λουτρό. Μπορούν να διανυκτερεύσουν έως και πέντε άτομα. Διαθέτει επίσης ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για τη στάθμευση αυτοκινήτων.
