Karfas : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Ev çok temizdi ve tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konum olarak da oldukça rahattı. Elif hanım son derece ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar konaklamak isteriz!

Very good location, clean house. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook if you need and good place for longer stays. The host is helpful.

Maria’s house is located in the heart of Volissos on a very cute square under the castle. The apartment is spacious, clean and renovated with taste. The balcony and common pool in the backyard were a real plus in summer ! We loved our week there, special thanks to the housekeeper who welcomed us warmly and did an amazing job : the house was spotless, cleaned every day.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

House is very comfortable and host is very helpful. The village Kalamoti is near to many touristic places like Komi beach, Pyrgi, Mesta. You can watch the stars at night on the rooftop of the house.

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

Εκπληκτικό το δωμάτιο, εύκολο να το βρεις, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, ήσυχο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις! Ο δε Κωνσταντίνος άψογος, φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, πολύ φιλόξενος, άριστος άνθρωπος, οικείος και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικός!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Κωνσταντίνε!!

Όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς περιγράφονταν και ακόμα καλύτερα. Ο κος Γιώργος ήταν εξαιρετικός χωρίς να γίνεται κουραστικός. Πολλές μικρές λεπτομέρειας έκαναν την διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη όπως η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου και η συνεχής προμήθεια με καφέ τσάι και λοιπά. Ακόμα και φρούτα μας άφηνε στο δωμάτιο κάθε τόσο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα μιας και γίνεται μια προσπάθεια να νιώσεις άνετα και ευχάριστα που πλέον σπανίζει.

Maria muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Airbnb evinde değil, bizi çok seven bir akrabamızın evine gelmiş gibi karşılandık. Eve erken giriş ve geç çıkış ricalarımızı hiç kırmadı. İlk sabah bizim için kahvaltı ve pek çok lezzetli ikram hazırlamıştı. Evin konumu şehir merkezine çok yakın. Sakız tekrar gelirsek kesin Maria'da kalırız. σε αγαπάμε Μαρία ❤️

Φιλική κ εξυπηρετική η οικοδεσπότησα . Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης κ όλα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμα.

Our stay was absolutely 5-star! The space was immaculately clean, with everything feeling fresh and brand new. The attention to detail in both comfort and style made it feel like a luxury experience. Our host, Dimitri, went above and beyond in every way—his warm hospitality and quick responses made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Every element was designed with guests in mind, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped amenities, creating an atmosphere that was both cozy and high-end. Super netjes appartement, alles nieuw en schoon! Bij ontvangst kwam de eigenaar even kennis maken, hele aardige mensen, goed contact met de host en flexibel toen we vroegen of we er iets later uit mochten bij vertrek. Goede ervaring, rustige buurt en dicht bij de stad, helemaal top!

Sakız adasına geldiğimde bundan sonraki adresimiz dimitra'nın evi olacak. Ev çok merhaba zimbşr konumda ve çok güzle bir manzara ve konfora sahip. Eşyalar reteo tarzda ve Bi o kadar kullanışlı. Dimitra çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Eve grişimizden çıkana kadar her türlü sorularımızı yanıtınız bırakmadı ve çok ilgilendi. Çıkış günü eve bizden sonra misafir gelmeyeceği için çıkış saatini bize bıraktı. Burdan dimitra'ya tekrar çok teşekkür etmek isterim.

The location was marvelous and very safe. The owner was always around to help. There is a path direct to the beach with a very short 3 minutes walk. The beach is mostly little stones but this makes the sea very clear unlike some other sand beaches in the island especially in wavy days. Thanks Stavros, a 73 year old helping warrior from Star Wars...

Ev denize yakındı, ev sahipleri dost canlısıydı, bölge güvenliydi. Evin temizliği çok iyiydi her şey pırıl pırıldı. Bir daha konukları olmak hoşuma gider.

İlk defa kiraladıgım bir evden çıkmak istemedim. Huzur dolu bi muhit güzel bir ev ihtiyaç olan her eşya var . Her zaman ev aradıgımda aklımda ilk sırada olacak.
