Το δωμάτιο στο ανώι με μονό κρεβάτι και σαν σταθμός εργασίας, έχει το δικό του ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και μπορεί να λειτουργήσει και αυτόνομα από κάποιον χωρίς να ενοχλούνται οι λοιποί ένοικοι.
