Located right at the seafront, this luxurious property in the Artemida suburb of Athens awaits you to spend unique moments! Take a stroll along the rich in cafés, restaurants/taverns and bars seafront, enjoy the sunsets while gazing upon the yachts in the marina or enjoy a glass of wine in the spacious balcony! Make sure to visit the ancient temple of Artemida (7km) and venture out to the quaint beaches of Davis (3km) and Agios Nikolaos (4km). Free Wi-Fi and private parking on the premises!

Beletage Amalía - central, stylish, quiet

House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση, με υπέροχη θέα, μέσα σε μια καταπράσινη πλαγιά. Όλα τα οφέλη της διαμονής στο βουνο, αλλά μόλις λίγα λεπτά από την πόλη της Καρύστου - καθώς και την πλησιέστερη παραλία! Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Aspra Chomata Villas

Aspra Chomata Villas are a complex of two independent houses of 50 sq.m. each one. They are built within a five-acre estate overgrown with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences consist of a ground floor with a 20 sq m courtyard and a first floor with a 20 sq m balcony. Both villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom.

The wonderful residence "Villa Xanthi" is located in Marmari, Evia, has perimeter balconies with breathtaking panoramic views and comfortably accommodates 7 people! Built on the slope above the sea, this mansion is perfect for large families and groups. The warm colors of the wood exude a welcoming warmth in this spacious house, which has 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and a romantic attic with 3 single beds on the 2nd.
