Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Ihr werdet die schöne Maisonette mit Blick über die Gebirge von Gorski Kotar lieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2019 neu gebauten und ruhig gelegenen „kvanerska-vila“. Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Gut geeignet für reiselustige Familien, Pärchen und Geschäftsleute. Kommunikation fließend in englisch, kroatisch und deutsch.

Vila ima 3 prostrane spavaće sobe, 3 moderne kupaonice, unutarnji grijani bazen i vanjski bazen, savršene za opuštanje u bilo koje doba godine. Uz privatnu saunu, uživat ćete u vrhunskom komforu i luksuzu. Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.
