Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Βρισκομαστε στο κεντρο της παλιας πολης της Ανδρου μολις λιγα μετρα απο την αγορα της Χωρας.Το σπιτι ειναι μεζονετα 40τμ στον κατω χωρο υπαρχει το καθιστικο με καναπε που γινετε κρεβατι και ενα διπλο κρεβατι.Στον επανω χωρο βρισκεται ενα μονο κρεβατι , μπανιο με ντουζιερα και το μπαλκονι με θεα τον πεζοδρομο της παλιας πολης ,κουζινα η οποια παρεχει την καταπληκτικη θεα στην παραλια Παραπορτι μολις λιγα βηματα .

Διαμέρισμα 37 τμ. 4 ατόμων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στην παραλία του Νειμποριού, με θέα τη Χώρα της Άνδρου & το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

The apartment is located in Batsi, Andros, in the Stivari area. It is a five-minute walk from Batsi square. It is located on the mezzanine with a view of the garden and the sea, it consists of 1 double bed and next to a separate area there are 2 single beds, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, It has a large terrace with a view of the sea and the garden. The apartment accommodates 4 people.
