Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung ist er noch mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, also auch im Winter wohlig warm. Gelegen am östlichen Stadtrand, in ruhiger und grüner Lage mit vorh. Parkplatz. Diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Gute Öffentl. Verkehrs-Anbindung an das Berliner Zentrum und Berliner Umland. Check-In: 14:00 Check-Out: 10:00

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn S 5 sowie REWE und DM entfernt. Sie sind in 25 Minuten, ohne umsteigen, in der City. Die S-Bahn fährt 24/7.
