Limanaki House

The house is located on the ground floor. ΄΄Limanaki House'' has its own private beautiful garden that allows our guests to sit and enjoy personal moments of relaxation with the family and friends. The House is also ideal for families with children and for older ages because it has no stairs. The supermarket and the pharmacy are 5 meters away. Local traditional taverns and a small harbor is 3 minutes walk. A bus station is across from the house. You are in the city center in 10 minutes.

Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

It is located right next to a public sports centre with a playground, and the popular Kalamitsa beach is only a 250m walk away. The town centre (and the archaeological museum) is 2.5 km away can be easily accessed using public transport (a bus stop is 100m away from the house). The archaeological site of Philippi is 14 km away, and the Kavala airport is 35 km away.
