Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal Gast bei Katerina und wie immer sehr zufrieden.

What a tranquil and beautiful place and Anna’s hostessing is remarkable from cake every day to friendly advice given via google translate! A little small for 3 adults but perfect for two. Beautiful swimming on the beach just metres away. Some roads to access other beaches are really poor on Kythnos so do your research first. It’s a very unspoilt and beautiful place and I hope it manages to remain so.

We stayed for a week in September, and wished it could have been longer. For complete relaxation, swimming and quietness, it couldn't have been better. Constantinos and his mother, Niki (who live above), made us feel very at home from the moment we arrived. Such a lovely warm welcome with home made cheese pie included. All very clean and well set up. We spent very little time inside, preferring the various outdoor spaces for relaxing and just looking out to sea. Wonderful view across the bay. 5 min easy walk to the beach, which has several trees for shade and the use of little chairs Beautiful clean water. When we were there the little cafe was closed, but easy to bring picnics from the house. We were so happy there we became rather lazy about going out. The hosts are very discreet, but are more than happy to help if necessary with plenty of recommendations. Thank you for a very special week and so enjoyed talking to you Niki about coming to the island and your family.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön. Bei starkem Wind kann man am Nachmittag windgeschützt auf dem hinteren Balkon sitzen. Der Weg zum Strand ist so kurz, dass wir täglich im Wasser waren, herrlich. Der nächste Ort ist in 5 Min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Leckereien bei den Bäckern und Patisserien. Die Kommunikation mit George war unkompliziert und freundlich. Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon war unser Zuhause und oft sind wir die paar Schritte zum Meer hinunter baden gegangen in der fast menschenleeren Bucht. Besonders loben möchte ich das riesige Bett mit einer ausgezeichneten Matratze, wo wir bei Meeresrauschen vorzüglich schliefen. Einzigst anmerken möchte ich, dass die Einrichtung der übrigen Wohnung etwas aufgebessert werden könnte, wobei die Küchenausstattung sehr gut ist. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Our extended family of 9 loved our stay at Astarte Sunset Villa! We ranged in age from 6 years to 71 years old; the house is well suited to both age groups.The house was immaculate, the location beautiful, and the hosts (Dimitrios, Jason and Sophocles, ) were extremely responsive. They regularly brought things to make our stay more comfortable - from frying pans to pool rafts. The younger ones enjoyed spending time on the pool floats, picking lemons from the garden trees to make lemonade, and finding sea creatures in the tide pools at the beach.The older crowd enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching and playing with the little ones, and appreciated that there were minimal steps to climb. The views on all sides were Amazing esp. the Sunset ! What an Apt. name for this beautiful villa ! The house and grounds are spacious. There is ample space for gathering both outdoors and indoors and the beach is steps away. Make sure you bring water shoes as the beach has small rocks. The bathrooms

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Der Pool und der Meerblick sind fantastisch. Mit einem Mietwagen sind die Strände und Athen gut erreichbar.

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Siamo stati soddisfatti al 100% del nostro soggiorno, tanto che ci piacerebbe tornare un giorno. Host super disponibile e gentile. La casa è piccola ma perfetta per due persone, molto pulita, c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare ed è stupendo mangiare fuori vista mare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. Spiaggia molto tranquilla e con facile accesso. La zona si raggiunge molto facilmente. Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare qua!

Superb host, incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had and met us late in the evening on the first night. Also allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Minor issue with the hot water not working on a few of the days, but a technician was organised to fix it that same day, even on a Sunday. Loved the house and overall would thoroughly recommend

Nikolao’s place is a piece of heaven on earth. A truly remarkable beautiful and peaceful place, just what the soul needs for a getaway. The pool, the practically private beach and the views were amazing. Nikolaos and his partner was a perfect hosts, super responsive and making sure we have what we need. We will surely be back!

Dit huis is werkelijk fantastisch en biedt een grote variëteit aan terrassen, een ruim zwembad, drie volledig uitgeruste badkamers, en een apart toilet. Er zijn twee royale woonkamers en drie keukens, waarvan één buitenkeuken met een authentieke pizzaoven. Konstantinos zorgt voor een hartelijk welkom, met een goedgevulde koelkast: boter, kaas, ham, eieren, een fles wijn, en vers fruit. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende koffiezetapparaten beschikbaar (Dolce Gusto en filterkoffie), inclusief cups en koffie. Zelfs aan details zoals make-up watjes en doucheproducten is gedacht. We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf!

Semaine formidable dans cette maison sur la plage. Magnifique terrasse bien aérée et vue le soir sur un magnifique coucher de soleil. La plage est très belle et peu fréquentée, eau claire et parfait pour la baignade. La maison est très confortable également même si nous passions nos journées dehors. Un vrai bonheur de se réveiller au bord de la mer et de pouvoir se baigner sans avoir à prendre la voiture cela donne une dimension totalement différente aux vacances ! La maison est très bien située aussi dans Kea que nous avons découvert et adoré. Île sauvage avec des routes et des panoramas somptueux et peu touristique comparée à d’autres îles grecques. L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

Séjour parfait, Fotis a été un super hôte malgré notre arrivé tardive le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin était la. La maison est très propre, Fotis est très réactive et la vue est à couper le souffle le jour et la nuit (période de pleine lune). Si nous revenons en Grèce un jour nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter. Un grand merci pour votre logement qui nous a fait passer un séjour merveilleux.

Logement IDYLIQUE ! Très joli et à l’abri des regards. On se sent vraiment bien et on a l’impression d’être comme à la maison. A l’intérieur, tout est pensé pour un séjour en famille : - Chambre séparée, - Jeux de société et console, - Douche extérieure pour retour de plage (qui est à 5 minutes à pied et qui vaut vraiment le détour), - Hamac et chaises dans les arbres. L’hôte est vraiment formidable, merci Dimitri ! Il nous accueille avec des spécialités grecques et du nécessaire dans le frigo. Il nous indique aussi les endroits à voir et où manger (entre autres). Nous recommandons vraiment ce cocon : pas mieux en rapport qualité prix et coup de cœur de vacances !

La villetta di Alexandros è bellissima. ottima posizione con vista sulla baia, bellissimo spazio esterno, e interni puliti e ordinati. Nella casa troverete tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno e anche di più. Consigliatissimo!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

The house is great. Clean and very well supplied. Great terrace with sea view at both sides. Very near (1 min) to the beach with very good restaurant.
