Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Private parking allows you to explore The Lakes by day with the bonus of great restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep. The Snug with a stylish interior, is a self-contained one bedroom, ensuite annex, attached to our family home. Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Snug is 15 minutes walk from the Brewery Arts Centre and right opposite Kendal Leisure Centre where lots of events are held. A short distance away from a variety of pubs and cafes . Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

Kendal Castle minutes away, a nearby hotel offers pool and gym. Kendal hosts Brewery Arts Centre, one of leading arts centres in the UK. Parking is in front of the house. Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

Fellside Nook is nestled above various ginnels and characterful old properties (5 -10 mins walk from Kendal Town Centre) and just below the Tram and Serpentine woods which offer lovely walks and hikes up on to the golf course and Cunswick and Scout Scars. Steeped with history, Kendal Market Town offers a variety of independent shops, restaurants, museums, cafes and bars. Kendal is conveniently located for the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
