La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

On central bus lines to downtown Berkeley (2 m) and San Francisco (11 m), 1.1 m from Bart station. Includes dedicated parking spot. Host is available for any needs or recommendations.

Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Berkeley Bayview Bungalow

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Berkeley Hills Hideaway

Modern, comfy, newly-rebuilt studio in the lower level of our Kensington home is a peaceful home base for exploring the Bay Area. Neighborhood is close to U.C. Berkeley, Tilden Park, Memorial Stadium and the Greek. It's an easy drive/ride to San Francisco and Oakland, and there's plenty to see and do close by. Village shops and a cafe are a (hilly) walk away, and larger stores are convenient to reach. Tennis, basketball courts and walking trail are down the street.

East Bay PRIVATE "Backhouse" retreat

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Lovely Studio Cottage

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. A dedicated washer/dryer is located across from the cottage. We are Superhosts committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for our guests.
