Le logement occupe le rez-de-chaussée d'une résidence à deux étages. L’entrée principale se situe au niveau de la rue, tandis que la terrasse privative donne un accès direct à la plage (via un escalier privé). Toutes les pièces sont équipées d’une climatisation individuelle et les chambres donnant sur la rue ont aussi des fenêtres double vitrage.
