Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation at Elk Lake Retreat! The retreat is perfectly located on Elk Lake (CLEAR LAKE AND SANDY BOTTOM) with private lakefront access with a BEACH and all the amenities you’ll need. This property is completely fenced in, so kids can enjoy the playground, beach, and yard games. Kayaks, paddle boards and a giant lily pad are available at no extra cost. Welcome to the A-frame at Finch Creek. A one-of-a-kind Northern Michigan getaway overlooking Finch Creek and completely surrounded by the Grass River Natural Area. We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Enjoy the coziness of a bygone era while staying in this 1940s quaint, storybook log cabin. The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Minutes from restaurants, wineries and beaches. 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Fenced enclosure for your well trained dogs( 2 max, please). No puppies.

Great for family summer vacation or cozy ski weekends. Very strong Wifi for folks that want to school and work from "vacation"!

Rustic 2 room cabin-12mile to TC, 1m to ER

Rustic cabin originally built in 1951, less than a mile from Elk Rapids and 12 miles from downtown Traverse City! Boat launches and beaches in every direction. I want to reiterate the rustic aspect. The cabin is old. The tile is marked in places, the carpet weathered. The places has..character.
