Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. By car, it's approx 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

We occasionally have a friend staying over for few nights as he works in FIFO. *Your room* Will be equipped with a double bed, mini fridge, TV, desk and wardrobe. * Share spaces * Living room, kitchen, dining space, bathroom and shower * Location* 10 mins drive to the airport, 15 mins to the CBD. Bus stop is 3 mins by walk, Belmont shopping centre 10 mins by walk, restaurants, cafes and more.
