Penny is always a kind, understanding, and accommodating host who does everything she can to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She is responsive and can help with everything and will make sure you will have a nice, clean, and hassle free stay. I highly recommend her as a host and definitely encourage others to stay at her place too.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Very spacious apartment in a prime central Bangkok location. Close to BTS station. Easy to get around with Grab. We want to come back!

we have stayed at this same location two times in the past month. we have found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and responsive to any question. I would not only recommend staying at this location, but I hope to and plan to stay at this location again in the upcoming future.

Thank you for letting us stay in your place. It was as described and had everything we needed. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The location was convenient and peaceful. The only minor issue I've had is that I have an 8 year old with me and I had to make sure that the bathroom floor is dry so I kept on cleaning and wiping it everyday because water is coming out from the shower. Would have better if the glass was a bit wider to block the water, but nevertheless we had an amazing stay.

Nice place and swimming pool. I loved the neighborhood and the great market near the building.

真正離bts站2分鐘路程，我在曼谷住過很多說近bts或mtr的，其實都要十多二十分鐘的，但kittipong的房源，只要步出大樓走十多二十步就到on nut bts站，如果你在曼谷打算以bts或mtr作交通工具，這裡真是不二之選。房子清潔乾淨，十分舒適，唯一是房子較少，如果耍求空間較大的，就可能不太喜歡，不過以這個價錢，這個地點，我會極力推薦

คอนโดของคุณ Lalida มีความอบอุ่น เหมือนบ้าน อยู่แล้วมีความสุขมากค่ะ สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทีวี 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งทำให้ฉันกับแฟนมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเป็นของกันและกัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว คู่รัก ที่ต้องการคอนโดที่มีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าและห้างเดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

This place was very nice with close proximity to Icon Siam Mall (15 min walk). The place was clean and had good views of the city. The wifi wasn't the best and we lost signal a few times. The gym has everything needed for a good workout but the sauna takes so long to warm up it wasn't really worth using. Overall it was a nice stay.
