AIRD VILLA, Scalpay, on the Isle of Harris

Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

The Mangersta Pod

When you arrive at The Mangersta Pod you will find yourself in an extremely clean and comfortable haven. To ensure you have a good night's sleep the camping mattresses were replaced by a comfortable mattress right from the start. Situated in the village of Mangersta on the Atlantic coast of Lewis, the pod is a few minutes walk away from a remote beach and stunning cliff walks. This is an area of exceptional natural beauty with over 20 beaches as well as beautiful moorland and lochs.

Gael

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Suite 2 at The Bridge- Self Catering

Suite 2 at The Bridge self catering sleeps 2. It is set in the rural township of Kilmaluag on the Trotternish Ridge. It's a short walk from Kilmaluag Bay and many beauty spots. Suite 2 is equipped with a kitchen, en-suite shower facilities, a large spacious bedroom with king-size bed and seating area. There are beautiful views over the river. This suite has its own private entrance and parking. This is an adults only space. (Self catering -no meals are provided)

Storr View Glamping Pods

Our pods are in an elevated position giving our guests (as far as the eye can see) panoramic views of the Trotternish Ridge, from the Quiraing across Bein Edra and on to the Storr, guests also have a magnificent sea view taking in Staffin beach the island of Rhona and over to the mainland to Gairloch and Torridon. Nearby there are: two restaurants, with table licence and a hotel which is open to non-residence. 2 well stocked shops, one offers takeaways.

The Wee Wooden Yurt at Caolas Gallery is a green roofed, original wooden round house with picture windows giving an uninterrupted view of the sea across to the Isle of Scalpay and South East Harris. Features include a central dome roof window, a bath room, a kitchen, comfortable chairs and a wood burning stove, and of course a double bed. The property enjoys a southerly aspect with masses of natural light, is well insulated, warm and cosy

This modern cottage is ideally located on the island, 3 miles from Portree (the largest town on Skye), allowing you to absorb all that Skye has to offer.

Seasound Chalet is a newly built cabin located in the lovely scenic villiage of Staffin. Situated at the base of the Quiraing and overlooking Staffin bay. This lovely cabin is cosy and spacious with sea and mountain views. Lovely and peaceful for a relaxing stay. It has a log burner and gas central heating. It’s a perfect spot for exploring locally and all of the island.

Burnbank Bothan

The Burnbank Bothan is a small retreat located in the north end of Skye, caught between the cliffs of the Quiraing and Staffin Bay. It provides an ideal location for everything from a romantic getaway, a short stop over while touring the island, or as a base to explore the numerous attractions in the area.
